Is she about 6 months? (remembering from your other posts). One thing I’ve learned about babies’ sleep is that they just keep going through phases so everything is just the next phase.

Is she waking up happy and wide awake? If so, maybe you need to change her naps and how long she’s awake before bed a bit as she’s growing up and her sleep demand last change. Or if she’s upset or clearly still tired, could be teething? Or maybe developmental if she’s currently learning a major new skill (rolling, crawling etc). My boy has been through stages of being awake for hours in the night and I don’t always know what the cause is unfortunately 😔

Yea she’s 6 months. What she’s doing is where she rolls over, falls asleep she’s then waking up crying to be rolled back over, she is either wide awake, but still tired rubbing her eyes, putting her head on you- to go sleep, or she wakes up moaning to be on me all night (which she will then sleep on me straight away)

She sometimes has a morning sleep after her 9 milk or if not then, will be around 10.30, this nap will be for about an hour, then her afternoon nap can be between 1-2 hours. She’s always awake at 4 and will then be awake till her bedtime feed which is between 7-7.30.

She is just coming out of leap 5, which has been the worst for us, so I’m hoping could be too do with that x

Yeah it does sound like her naps are ok for her age and if she’s waking up still wanting to go back to sleep, it’s more likely to be a sleep regression/leap, or discomfort from either teething or maybe her tummy as her digestive system gets used to what she’s eating.

We never went through the 4 month sleep regression and like I said above she’s coming to end of leap 5, which could be it aswell.

We have been so lucky she loves her sleep and has been sleeping through from 6 weeks so this is a shock too the system. x

It’s probably a leap, growth spurt or regression. Plenty more to come 😩 we are going through one at the moment x

She’s coming to the end of leap 5, which say sleeps less, thought we had got away with it x

Sounds like you answered your own question if she is rolling over and getting stuck x
