periods cramps after MC ??

im having periods cramps since yesterday .. june 2nd i had my last periods. july 5th after 5 days delay i got to know i was pregnant .. july 17 at week 6.4 i miscarried now its 2nd aug which was my actual date of periods im having cramps bit still no periods .. i dont know whats this according to my MW and google it says your suppose to get periods within 4 to 6 weeks but its been 15 to 16 days since MC. im TTC since a week now after 2 weeks of MC.

Honestly my cycle has been all over the place since having MC in May. First period came 28 days later and lasted 10 days, started really light then became very heavy. My second period decided to show up late by 3 days, was relatively normal. I’m now due on in 2 days, I’ve had cramps for about a week. Did a test and it’s a BFN. Gutted.

I feel like everything is exaggerated now, my PMS, my bleeds.

Some people have got pregnant really quickly after, others didn’t even have another period because they were already pregnant.

Not the case for me. This will be my 3rd period. And so it starts again. I’m wondering if it’s triggered something in me, I’m older so even less chance, my body seems to be trying to be normal.

The first few weeks after mc you have lots of cramps with your womb shrinking down again. Make sure you have plenty of pain killers for this first period. Mine was long and painful.
