Sisters has anyone experience headaches and nausea after giving birth? I went to my post natal check but unfortunately the post natal check was for the baby rather and not me.
Can anyone please le tme know if they are also experiencing headaches and nausea?
I did with my first baby straight after I had her I was sick and had headache I was like it for a couple of days after.... my second I wasn't sick but had really bad headache. if your worried go see your gp they might give you something xx
Atr you eating and drinking enough looking after yourself? Especially if you're breast feeding you can get dehydrated so maybe sure you top yourself up.
Possibly hormones settling down? Did you have an epidural? That might leave you with a headache.
Definitely get yourself checked out by midwife, health visitor or GP.
Nausea coming back in 2nd trimester.
