Out of breath easier

Hiya...wow I have really began to notice I'm out of breath more. I'm asthmatic but this is different. I cant walk very far at all without getting out of breath and backache, we go for little walks to the end of the road so I'm mobile still but even that's a struggle....19 weeks yesterday xx time to slow down now xx

I have this too! Been so frustrating as I’m usually really active- but it’s that bad that I have to keep taking the lift at work as going up the 2 flights of stairs leaves me so breathless! xx

It could be your iron levels! Get your midwife to check x

I'm going through this. I'm 23wks and I went out yesterday and I was exhausted after an hour and went really red as I got really hot. I looked so unfit. So your not alone x
