How to get out of bed without hurting

I'm in last trimester and finding it hard to get out of bed without hurting or getting sharp pains, can anyone help with ideas please

I used to roll out of bed on to my side then push myself up slowly... x

I don’t have any experience of this yet. I went to the physiotherapy session at our antenatal clinic and they suggested the advice below:

Bend your hips and knees together and remain on your side

Squeeze your buttock and tummy muscles as you move (they advised keeping your legs together as much as possible)

Push up with your arms into a sitting position

So kind of a roll.

I shuffle to the bottom of the bed after sitting up for a few minutes before moving my hips.
