Pregnancy constipation

Sorry for the tmi ,I have been constipated over the last few days I have been in a lot of pain in my stomach and have had rabbit dropping of poo that I have to really strain to pass and now there is a lot of blood on the tissue when I wipe I'm 30 weeks pregnant anyone know anything about this ?

It’s piles Hun terriable I feel your pain 😐I’m 31 weeks suffering with the same you can get something for it I’m trying to get in to the docs. Piles are common unfortunately x

Thank you lol I've my bum isn't painful its my stomach but thats probbaly from the constipation but not nice at all xx

Piles are quite common during pregnancy unfortunately which is probably causing the bleeding. Constipation which is also common causes straining which makes the piles worse.

You can get stool softeners like fybogel so it’s easier to pass, and haemorrhoid cream from the pharmacy or in the medicine section of supermarkets. Drinking lots of water might help too.

If that doesn’t work, or if you have concerns that the blood is from somewhere other than your bottom you should probably see your GP. Hope that helps x
