So guys like an idiot I picked my friends little boy up he’s 2yearsold and now I’m experiencing really bad back ache. I know lifting isn’t permitted but in the moment I completely forgot. (I’m forgetting a lot of things lately)
I also had a sting from a bee/wasp and was worried if it could hurt the baby 🐝
You'll be fine! Your body is a lot more resilient than you think. Back pain is not great but hopefully will settle soon. Try not or cold packs maybe a belt if it continues. I hmwas constantly carrying my first when pregnant with my second. Also wasp and bee stings will not cause issues unless the reaction is very severe... by that I mean requiring hospitalization.

I had a toddler whilst pregnant with my second I was always carrying her about all the through my pregnancy unless you have a condition you can lift I’m sure.
