Take folic acid ensure you are exercising and no alcohol. I know it’s easier said than done but try not to be stressed and find ways to reduce stress. I fell pregnant by coming off the pill and not trying but when I was off the pill in a really stressful job nothing happened then I took a pay cut reduced hours and changed jobs and then within a month pregnant. I really believe stress stops your body becoming pregnant or plays a huge role in it it’s like your body knows your not in the right place. Good luck try to relax and really hope it happens soon for u x
