Morning

I had twin boys 15 months ago by caesarean and wanted to ask if anyone knows if there is anything I can do to get rid of the wobbly tummy and overhang (due to the caesarean)?

Thanks

Have you tried things like sit ups to improve the muscles?

Do you possibly have diastasis recti? Google it; if you do have this then definitely do NOT do sit-ups, planks, crunches etc. as it will make it worse! There are specific exercises you can do safely without making things worse. If it's just loose skin then there isn't really anything you can do about that, other than cosmetic surgery.
