I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and loving it.
My boobs have gone up 3 cup sizes and so are definitely not as perk as they used to be. Because of this I am suffering with spots underneath them. I wash regularly and make sure I keep it dry underneath but still suffering. Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there anything I can do to help with the spots? Some of them are getting quite sore now.
Do you have a well fitting bra? You should be able to find a bra that lifts the breasts up and out. Otherwise, I'd speak to your GP as they will know what is safe to prescibe for you. I've found antibacterial cream and shower gel quite useful in the past so might be something to ask about.
It might well be to do with heat as tends to be the places now that can’t be aired as well with the bump being there too. Savalon is good to use x
I would get measured properly and invest in some good fitting cotton bras, try a bit of baby powder to keep the area dry x
