Morning sickness.

So I'm roughly 7 weeks pregnant and have a doctors appointment for Monday. However I was just wondering if you guys had any tips on sickness. I can't eat, I've pretty much lost my appetite, and when I do eat I just want to throw it all back up. It's really getting me down, I can't keep food or certain liquids down and it's not just in the day but throughout the night too so I'm being kept up all night which is helping with being exhausted.

Hi there! My best tip is to eat small portions, nauseas are less annoying with you have some food in the stomach. Some fruit like grapes or pineapple helped me a lot. I was eating something every hour or 2 h. And also chewing gum, because I had this weird flavour in my mouth; so it helped to keep the nauseas away. In the morning, in my first weeks I kept some crakers in my bed side, I ate them before weakinf up; it was the only way to feel better in the mornings. Now I am 26 weeks and the nauseas are gone, they get easy with time! I hope that that helps.

I’ve literally been eating every 2 hours & drinking a lot of water. I snack on fruits all day. Hope that helps.
