I'm not sure what you mean... make sure you try keep up

The fluids, but you can continue to feed baby, you don't need to stop. Maybe try and get some help from friends and family if you're struggling.

Thank you I think I just needed a “you can do this cheer”

LO and I have both been sick again this morning - I think I’ll ask my mum to come down for a couple of days - fingers crossed this passes quickly!

Oh dear, there’s nothing worse then feeling like that, try and get some rest, maybe put some dioralite in your drinks to keep up fluids and keep your electrolytes topped up, that’ll make you feel more human. It’s the last thing you want when you have such a small baby, Good luck and hope you feel better soon! Xx

Me, my partner and my (at the time) 9 month old all went down with norovirus at the same time this year. I feel your pain! It was pretty horrendous. The doctor came to visit because of my daughters age and I’m pregnant with my second and like the comments above Just stressed about keeping fluids up.

It’s bloody hard trying to look after everyone when you feel so rotten yourself! Fingers crossed it should only last a few days. Hope you get well soon! X

I just wanted to say that I hope you are feeling better soon. Speak to doctor to see if you can take something for the sickness. Reach out to family/friends or mom and baby support groups for help. You can do this!xx
