Oh Hunni I’ve just read this so didn’t want to read and run ! First of all I hope your ok and you are relaxing as much as possible! If you’re worried go to the early pregnancy unit and get checked out or your docs , all should be ok but stress is not good for you or baby and if it occurs again I suggest you go for a walk or into a different room to count to 10 or time out so your stress levels don’t rise. I wish you and baby well xx

My friend suffers from severe anxiety disorder and had to come off her meds for pregnancy. She really struggled but gave birth to a beautiful baby a few weeks ago. Another friend sadly lost her father so went through the grieving process whilst pregnant. She has a very happy and healthy 2 year old. Whilst I agree it’s good to remain calm and be happy during pregnancy, it’s a massive ask to say to a pregnant, hormonal lady that they can’t be stressed out at all for 9 entire months. It’s horrible you had a big argument with your parnter and I hope you’re ok now but pregnancy hormones are a bitch and it might not be your last. The last thing you need is to feel is guilty your baby won’t survive the stress each time and all I can say is your baby will be probably be absolutely fine. Chat to your partner about your worries and make sure he looks after you too. Here is a hopefully a reassuring quote from this article below.... “Rest assured that it is sustained, high levels of stress that can cause problems. Fortunately, this affects very few pregnant women.”

I hope you enjoy the rest of your pregnancy, you’ve got the 20 week scan coming up and it’s amazing to see them again! X

When I was earlier on in my pregnancy me and my husband had quite a bad argument I was so stressed out. Stress isn’t ideal but sometimes it can not be helped. In the heat of the moment can stress out and think the pregnancy won’t be okay following that argument. But if you are concerned try to contact EPU (early pregnancy unit) for reassurance xx

Try not to worry hun. I suffer with depression and anxiety since losing 2 babies due to 2 separate miscarriages. I'm now 23 weeks pregnant with out rainbow boy. In the beginning I had days where I was stressed beyond words. Through out my pregnancy I have had days where I've broken down and cried so much to the point I've almost been sick. Luckily my fiancé is very supportive and understanding. We had our 21 week scan the other week and our baby is absolutely fine so try not to worry too much. I'm sure your baby is safe and sound x
