Fetal heart rate and gender prediction??

Hello ladies how many of you believes in gender through fetal heart rate?? I am 30 weeks and also not finding out the sex of LO. The heart rate has never been over 130, usually fluctuating between 120-130. I asked the sonographer today if there was any truth to it, and he said that it's just that- an old wives tale. Guess only time will tell! 😊☺

They say if it's below 140 then it's a boy but our boy's heart rate has been 155 and around that.

The only one that said boy for me was the hair and ring test! Worth a try to see if it works for you too! All the best :D! X

My girl was also 130-140 ... I doubt there's an scientific basis... apart from the fact that heartbeat will fluctuate a lot through out the day!

Afraid to say have a boy and a girl their heart rates were always similar including any traces. So my experience it is one of those old wives tales!!

My midwife brought it up to me and my partner in the last appt and she said the fast heartbeat could just be because baby's active and moving around and when its slower they could just be sleeping in there
