Itching chest rash

Im 20 weeks and a few weeks back developed what i thought was a sweat rast under my breasts. Ive never really had breasts before so this in itself is quite the novelty.

Over time a rash has developed but since calmed under my breasts and is now predominantly on my chest, cleavage and on my breasts. Im constantly waking in the night scratching and occasionally thoughout the day also.

I have been itching my bump but that doesnt compare to the itching on my chest.

I mentioned the 'sweat rash' last week to my gp who didnt check and disnt really seem too bothered by it just advised to keep dry and moisturise.

I have dermatitis on my hands and no additional rash observes there. Just my chest.

Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Is it in a sweaty place? Or under breasts? If so make sure you dry yourself well. Try avoid itching and if you're using moisturiser make sure it's not perfumed and use something from the pharmacy not just any moisturiser. I'd try avoid soaps too as can dry skin, and wouldn't use anything like talcum. If the rash is persisting I would book a specific appointment for the GP rather than mention it as part as another appointment... 10 mins is not always long enough to be able to focus on all issues
