When I squeeze my left boob sometimes I get a little clearrish fluid... I have to pregnancy tests in which all have been negative! I feel like something is moving but don't no weather it's all in my head!

Sorry how pregnant do you think you are? For your milk to have come in you'd have to be very pregnant. And most women's milk doesn't come in till after birth, however it's not impossible for it to come in during the last trimester. If you were in the last trimester you'd be very pregnant by now.

If you are getting a clearish fluid from your boob then I very much suggest you go and see a doctor as a matter of urgency and tell them.
