Not sure if Im pregnant but Would baby gets diarrhea and vomit when breastfeeding during pregnancy

Not quite sure what you mean.

Pregnancy is unlikely to be the cause of baby getting sickness and diahorrea. Keep breastfeeding to ensure baby is well hydrated but if you are at all worried contact your doctor.

Might want to rephrase that. Are you breast feeding and think you might be pregnant? Firstly unlikely get pregnant if you are exclusively breast feeding for first six months.

Diarrhoea and vomiting is no related to breastfeeding and more likely to be a bug

Babies get sick and breastfeeding while amazing does not stop a child getting unwell. Although if concerned see a Doctor for you and the child.
