Can i be pregnant with negatives reaults

I have a question i am about 4months late with my period i took three urine test and a blood all was negative i am feeling heartbeat and fluttering in my stomach

More than likely not if it hasn't shown up and you don't feel a heartbeat of the baby whilst pregnant t I'm afraid you may feel flutters at 20-22 weeks but doesn't sound like your pregnant unfortunately x

As previous post... At 4 months late the pregnancy test would be positive if you're pregnant. Also you don't feel babies heart beat unless you have an ultrasound or Doppler... Probably what you're feeling is your own heart beat. If it's been four month tho I'd suggest seeing your gp.
