I need an answer, going nuts here trying to figure out if I'm pregnant or not

I have been having mood swings for almost 6 weeks, been tired alot, nausea and i are on a first name bases, my breasts hurt if any thing puts even a little pressure on them, my nipples are kind of tingling, i pee alot and am kind of thristy, but have a weird metal taste in my mouth, after 11 days of no period i had a day and a half redding then normal but no really clots kind of period 2days later took a test and it said negative but still have the systems, any idea what's going on with me?

Might have been too early to test, keep testing do your first urine of the day, or go see your GP,
