Hello everyone I'm 25 an just got told from the doctor that I have fibermyelga, ibs, depression an anxiety. Lately my period has been off An this month I'm 7 days late An my nipples hurt an I've been nauseous for the past 2 weeks An dizzy all for the past 2 weeks I don't know what is going on with my body ?

I presume you checked a pregnancy test and it was negative? Anxiety and stress can make you periods and hormones go hay wire. I think you need to try tackling all the above problems, try get out, exercise, loose weight if you need to, and get yourself in a happier place and it's likely things will sort themselves out.

I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet I don't really the best time to do it

So you need to sign up for WIC right away! You can go ahead and schedule your WIC appointment for a future date and get yourself to an obstetrician right away. You need to start taking your prenatal vitamins and folic acid tablets immediately!!!
