It's cold now

Im 11 weeks pregnant. would it be bad if I exposed myself on this weather? I like to walk around but the coldness chills to my bone. Would it be bad to my baby? need advice as it's my first pregnancy. thanks xoxo

Of course not! :-) walk as much as you can. It is important to stay active during pregnancy no matter the weather :-) if you are concerned ring your midwife but I would say just go for it and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy ;-)

Just wear appropriate clothing ... my baby was born in December. We didn't wait till it was warm to leave the house.
