By 7 days post ovulation a pregnant woman can have up to 50 mlU/ml of hCG circulating in her blood. So can assume that most, but not all, pregnant women will have enough hCG in their system by 7-10 days after ovulation to confirm a pregnancy with a highly sensitive test

It takes at least 3 weeks after sex to have a reliable result on a common test. The case could be that she was pregnant before that. When she will have the scan you guys can do the maths. Hope this help

Your friend was already pregnant before this condom broke there would not be enough hcg in her urine test to be detected so early
