Hi, I'm Gemma. I suffer with fibromyalgia. Which is causing me massive amounts of pain and discomfort. I'm reaching out to whoever will listen really, if I'm honest. I need to talk to someone who is experiencing the same thing as me. For months now my medication keeps changing and I don't have any confidence in the medical professionals. Sometimes I feel like just giving up and sitting in a wheelchair and crying!

Might be worth looking for a fibromyalgia forum as this is a pregnancy one. Unless you're also pregnant? Sounds tho that maybe you need to look into something like cbt and anti depressants if you are feeling so low in mood.
