Thanks for your reply. How about if I'm going on holiday during that time? I have a family reunion/wedding back in my home country

Ask your midwife. Only they can say when they would prefer to take your blood. It cannot hurt to ask, it is a reasonable question in light of family commitments and the sooner you ask the better.
