Ok I have tooken 4 pregnancy tests 3 different kinds they all say positive but now I'm bleeding but it is a brighter red than normal

The best thing to do is go to the docs or see your midwife they can do a series of two blood tests that will measure if your hcg levels are going up. Then go from there. It may not be bad.
