I had a little bit of spotting a week before my period was due, but it's been almost a month and no period! Could i be pregnant?

I spotted a week before my period was supposed to start, but ever since then I haven't started. I've taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but that was two weeks ago. It's almost been a month. Please help!

Id wait afew more days and do another test of nothing then pop to ur g.p they can do bloods which will Def show if u are pregnant x
