Hi! I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I still didn't receive my first appointment letter from maternity unit in Kingston :( Is't normal?

As I understood it should be with me in this period. Do I need to wait or should I go to my GP and ask her to contact with maternity unit? Thank you

Hi, I would contact the hospital/maternity ward. I got my booking in appointment and 12 ultrasound appointments in week 8 so I would have thought you should have heard from them by now.

Hi, I'm at Kingston had my booking I'm appointment at 12 +1 weeks and letter for it only arrived 2 days before. I had called at 10 weeks to check they had received my referral and they had, just were still only logging people with earlier due dates. Hope you get yours soon. Xx

Hey congrats!!! I was in the same boat waiting to hear from

Chelsea hospital. I didn't know how far along I was so I was really stressing about it. On Monday I finally rang them and they had my referral but hadn't booked me in for a scan!! So they managed to get me in the next day. Turns out I'm 11 weeks and 3 days!!! Give them a call I reckon. X

Thanks! My congratulations too I live near GP, maybe it'll be better to explain my situation to them and they will be contact maternity unit?
