Lower pains but only when moving

For a few days now I've been getting pains well more aches when I do anything baby moving fine but it's becoming uncomfortable my back aches too not sure if it's maybe to do with trauma from the birth of my son 7 months ago or just pregnancy pains but I've not had them before I'm 26 week gone

Is the pain located in your pelvic area? Have you thought about spd? This can affect your back and also your hips. Tell your midwife or gp and they may refer you to physio if they suspect you have got this. I was seen by a physio around 25 weeks who gave me crutches to use when walking around. The pain was worse during the night especially getting out of bed for the toilet and turning over in bed. With the crutches I'm using the pain has improved and is now located solely in my pelvis rather than my back and hips. Good luck x
