I want to move my lo to 3 milk a day in 2 weeks and she will be 7 months. I currently give her: 7am milk, 11am milk and babyrice with fruits, 3pm milk and vegetables and fish or chicken and 6:30pm milk, 7:30pm bed.

My son is 7 months and our routine is..

7.30am milk

10am porridge

1pm veg and chicken/pork/fish

3.30pm milk

5.30pm veg and chicken/pork/fish

6.45pm milk and asleep for 7pm

Occasionally he will wand another milk at about 11am though..

Xx

Thank you for that. Isnt it hard in the beginning between 10am and 1pm feed? And how much milk does he takes in a day?

It's not too bad, it's only 3 hours. As I say sometimes if he is feeling really hungry he will have a bottle. You could always try a little fromage frais if she gets hungry before lunch? Hugo has 3/4 7oz bottles. They still need at least 20oz over 24 hours x
