Hi babyE,

I'm not judging your feelings or anything but from what I understand about the contraceptive implant is that during the 1st few months of it being inserted it releases a hormone in your body which is very similar to the HGC pregnancy hormone.

I had the "implant" fitted in 2008 a few months after giving birth to my son & had it removed in 2012.

In the 1st few months of it being in I experienced very irregular bleeding but after those 1st initial months my periods stopped completely.

During this time I also started to gain some weight around my tummy & thigh area & was seriously doubting if I was pregnant.

I think I also remember feeling a Lil bit odd some mornings but nothing was really happening.

Sinse removing the implant however I now have had another child nearly 4 months ago.

My advise is to wait a few more days & see how you feel & if you still feel a bit odd you could possibly ask your g.p for a blood test.

Hiya its weird i don't feel pregnant i just feel very run down and sleepy like i did in early pregnancy the last time my LO is no bother at all sleeps most of the time and never really crys so i cant say its from sleepless nights ect x

I understand where you're coming from as my LO will be 4 months on Tuesday & sinse birth she was usually really good at getting to sleep & self settling now I'd say maybe about 2 wks ago now she's being a Lil bit unsettled at night & rather clingy too.

It could be a coincidence that my LO had her 2nd set of immunisations the other day but sine she's been born I haven't felt as run down as this.

Same here, my lo is a perfect sleeper. I felt poo (like when I was pregnant) and doc said I had a water infection. It made sense as my whole pregnancy was one long water infection. She also said I was low on iron and vitamin b. You could just have an infection or vitamin deficiency. I would ask doc for bloods just to ease your mind.
