I'm pretty sure in medical terms that unremarkable means normal/without abnormalities. but proabably worth a quick call to your midwife should put you at rest. these are ther terms we should query at the time - but so much easier said then done.

Unremarkable doesn't sound good...but Jemma is right that in medical terms it means good! Think of it as 'boringly normal', nothing worth mentioning...therefor, it's fine
