It's more an association with having 'lax' muscles so higher numbers of babies supposedly = higher likelihood of breech. The likelihood of having vaginal breech birth is also higher for women who aren't on their first though and they have more room to manoeuver and flip later on so it's not all bad news!

That's Why I think my baby is transverse too much room! :)

Morning,

I would say with baby number 3 being breech at 30 weeks is not a problem, they have a lot more room to move than baby number one did so he/she can turn at the last minute! x

Hi there, my first baby was breech and 1 week early no lax muscles, 2nd boy 1 year later no lax muscles normal presentation and 2 weeks late but another c section and 3rd boy breech also more lax muscles lol ! They tried both times to turn my boys - but my men very stubborn and didn't work. If baby remains breach don't worry c sections in my experience have been fine - and no vacuuming or strenuous cleaning for 3 weeks has to be a plus! x
