So Day 5 taking evening primrose oil

Don't know if it's working but have noticed more braxton hicks... think I'm going to continue to take them ur supposed to insert them vaginally from 36 weeks still not sure if I will do that but am becoming more impatient and hope that it will make my cervix favourable for a sweep next week fingers crossed

I've just started this regime too. Nothing to report yet, but from what I've read I'm opting for the pessary mode as its straight to source and I'm banking on the benefit being localised to the areas that need it most, (apparently EPO is a prostaglandin like semen). I guess its a case of watch and learn
