light bleed and when do I calculate from?

I recently found out i was pregnant but had a light bleed for a couple of day last month? ( i have midwife tomorrow and going to find out if its a problem) I wanted to know when using the calculator would i go from the month before or from the light bleed?? any help would be great

If the bleed was light and only lasted a couple of days which is unlike your period length then I would go by when you 'officially' had your period so the 1st day of your last proper period. Only saying this because with my first I came off the pill and then had a light bleed after a period but counted it as my period and my boy was born 4 weeks early so think I got my dates mixed up.
