Hi all i'm 6 weeks and I have had sore and swollen breast and some period like pains but today I don't feel anything - is that normal ????

6wks of pregnancy is a very early stage to feeling serious symtoms such as sickness & sore breasts but every pregnancy is different.

I'd just go with your gut feeling. A Lil' period like pain is also normal as long as your not bleeding heavily. Imagine the baby is still very small but your uterus & womb are already streching to make room for baby.

The same happened to me. I had extremely sore breasts from 2 weeks, my uterus was going crazy then at 5 weeks I suffered lack of motivation and started going off food. Then all my symptoms disappeared which made me panic. I did then started to suffer from slow digestive transit/constipation which turned out to be a good sign. I had a private reassurance scan in the end. What I would do is not panic, but monitor how you feel over the next couple of weeks. Let me know how you get on. xx

I'm 5 weeks and am feeling exactly the same as you, had 2 days nausea before we did the positive test but not since. Relieved that this is normal! Good luck with everything!
