Hi I think anxiety is very common I need to meditate again and get into mind training but I'm not consistent 🌟

According to Buddhist teachings if we can conquer our thoughts we will have bliss and outside events cope with better it's rare to do this unless practice in depth Buddhism mediation I think 🤔🌟the mind never stops thinking if we can train it be quite that's bliss according to Buddha🌟
