How's the day going so far for you?
Got woken up by the alarm at 12:30 am today with no explanation, but doing okay. I had a Greek yogurt, 2 hard boiled eggs and a 1/2 cup of grape juice at breakfast since the number went down afterwards. Feeling good otherwise.
Going to read the last of: "The Sea Is My Brother: The Lost Novel" today. After that, I will start the : "The Chef".
Thank you, today is going well, just thinking where has today gone. I wish that I could go back five hours and start the day again. ☺️
Do you find that when you go to bed you are wondering if your sensor will start the alarm? It must be quite frustrating at times for you. Does it take you very long to go back to sleep?
Your breakfast sounds very good, l often start my day with mixed fresh fruit, then some Greek yogurt on my muesli and a coffee. I am pleased that you are feeling good today.

Thanks, Tim! I sometimes think there's issues with the sensor if it goes off out of no where after I check the screen of the receiver. If there's no reason for it to alarm, then I go back to sleep after about 20 minutes depending on what time it happens to be at the moment.

Twenty minutes is good l would say. If l should wake up at night it always takes me ages to get back to sleep. My mind always kicks in, very difficult to clear all those thoughts that suddenly appear from nowhere.
