My night was okay. Not sure why the alarm went off today at 5:30 since the numbers weren't low today. Hope it was just the system being tested at a weird time of night. Feeling good, though.

I'm just the same Lynne , I was talking to a mod who thinks my other symptoms could be lumbar radiculopathy which is causing my sciatica pain and tingling sensation in my backside down my legs , I'm not sure I'm going to have telephone consultation with my GP. How are you 🤔

Sciatica is horrible. I've been worse than ever painwise these last few days. There's nothing they can do or so they say! It's hard because I have do many different conditions going on but hey ho, got to keep smiling 😊. I slept a bit better last night, exhaustion I think.
Think I need some of Bazzak's jokes!! Think his grandchildren have tired him out😂🤣
Let's hope restrictions are lifted soon.

Me also, I will have a treat occasionally. You can buy really nice sugar free shortbread biscuits. I get them sometimes and they are really nice. 😊🌼💚

If you have sugar free anything, you can have two pieces a day. More can cause problems.

The doe eats the cat which has a flea on it. For dessert it has cheesecake, then when it goes to the fair later it has cotton candy. 😀
