continued flare question

This is a follow up to my previous post regarding a flare with wrist pain. Using the flare protocol I flared at 9 so I went on 14 and have been on this for a week. I I’ve had mixed days this week. Some days no pain and some days a slight discomfort, but definitely not a consistent week. Do you suggest I stay on 14 for another week or continue to taper to 10? And if I stay another week at 14 will I need to slow taper down?

Thank you for all your help with this. Nothing is as good as talking with those in the same position.

Under the flare protocol you can stay on the increased dose for up to 14 days without having to do a slow tapering drop afterwards. That’s the idea of it.

Just drop back down to just above the dose where the flare occurred,

Hope another week sorts things out.

I'd have said the same as DL.

And a question - is the uneven result linked to days where you do more or less? Maybe you need to rest more!

Thank you, I’m going to start tracking and see if I can find a reason
