issue with swollen feet
Have you discussed it with your GP? Are they swollen in the morning or just at the end of the day? Have you any other symptoms? Are you peeing normally? Do you have bad veins? There things that may be causing it besides lower pred so it does need to be checked out.
Putting your feet up on a stool wherever you sit down may help. Compression socks too but before using them you need to speak to the doctor and get the pressures in your legs checked to make sure it is safe.
Are you on any other meds? The one that always causes swollen feet and ankles for me was Amlodipene. It is often prescribed alongside other Blood Pressure drugs. A few years ago I had an arterial stent inserted and during my follow ups with the cardiologist he noticed that my ankles were swollen, tapped them lightly and said "That's the Amlodipene." He told me to get my GP to reduce the doseage by a half down to 5mg.
For a while I was also getting very tight Achilles tendons also.
Since then we have changed over to another. I have checked it out online and it seems that many have trouble with that drug.
