Hi All

Well after getting down to 10mg from 15 decided to try field Achery again ( this is shooting targets at unmarked distances over hilly wooded terrain! So 2hrs and 2.9mls later finished the course absolutely knackered but in a good way no aches and pains and more importantly no PMR flare! Hurray hopefully this will be the start of getting it back together just for interest been on 10mg for 3 weeks 12 days in felt exhausted but better now
