Well you guys said it..I was reduced to 20mg in a matter of 2.5 months from 45mg

and ..unfortunately my sight has started to get worse so....I'm back upto 40mg...to say I feel gutted is an understatement..

You might be gutted… but better that than losing more sight in that eye - or even worse the other eye as well.

Much , much slower taper this time around…. you may not be as fortunate should it happen again…

There is no rushing PMR or GCA - and particularly with GCA the results of trying can be devastating.

Fingers crossed no more flares.. 😊

Have you got things sorted work-wise?

yes I'm taking it easy no OT and regular breaks..but tbh..May look at early retirement
