Yes - the Lancet rarely comes free!!! Had to laugh though - GCA has "protean manifestations" they say, wonder if they asked any native speakers about the choice of terminology!!

It still doesn't eliminate the primary problem of getting past the GP since it involves ultrasound. I believe it is hoped to develop an algorithm that could be accessed online, even by patients if their GP is obstructive. The two in combination would be useful though.

A multiplicity of different symptoms - I will grant them if they were struggling with word count it was a good choice!
