Methotrexate

I received received Mexotrexate to to start on the 18th I must say I do not look forward to it but first need to reduce the Pred. After I had an appointment with the heart failure nurse about keep changing treatment levels and came away with reducing the beta blockers and increasing the water tablets due to excess fluid and swollen ankles and relieved I am hoping it will help to feel better and not gettin me so down

Now down to 40 mg, the temple pain went at 60 mg making life a lot more comfortable, my eye sight is not good and varied at different times hard to focus at times the latest eye test shows cataracts in both and diabetic damage in one. I have an eye surgeon appointment next week.

Good to hear reduction going well… not such good news on eyes..but hopefully cataracts can be actioned soonest… good luck with surgeon- sure you’ll let us know how it goes…
