Hi and welcome,

Maybe start with this link -

healthunlocked.com/pmrgcauk...

… and then come back with any questions -always someone around…

Also have a look at FAQs…. You’ll see a link just below your question.. there is a post entitled PMR - All Topics . Or find FAQs under Pinned Posts - .. and you can save any post that interests you, then you can easily find it again….

Can I just say you don’t need to use your name as title of post - it comes up automatically at the end… and if the title reflects what you want to ask, it will also bring up related posts. Yours hasn’t this time, because the system can’t find any with your name.

Hi and welcome.

If you are looking for support, you are in the right place! DL has given you the basics, once you have a bit of background, come back and ask specific questions. Just a little warning - here we tell it like it is, so don't think anyone is picking on you when they do. We're a friendly lot really!

Hello and welcome to this excellent forum and charity. There are so many knowledgeable, caring people on here you will get some really good help.

Ask away with any questions you might have,

What dose were you started on?

Hi Pixie house, as already said welcome to the forum. Don't be worried about asking questions, like most of us you have probably been diagnosed with a disease/ailment you've never heard of, so no question is daft. We are a fairly multinational forum so there is usually someone around whatever the time of day or night. If you could put a little more info in your profile, Pred dose etc it will help with getting more relevant answers to questions.

Then you have come to the best site. I was diagnosed 5 years ago and have had more help from PMRpro and Dorset Lady than my GP. They have always been so constructive and helpful.
