Shortages of MTX

Good evening. I'm wondering if anyone else has been affected by the current shortages in UK and USA. My brand was changed due to this and I am getting very bad side effects. I take it in tablet form.

Hasn’t been mentioned, but maybe because more use injections.

Maybe worth asking on the NRAS forum - many of them will be on MTX.

Definitely do post in the NRAS forum though I haven’t noticed any related threads on there. I get my MTX prescription from Rheumatologist/hospital every 3 months and haven’t had any problems so far. There are an awful lot of people on MTX tablets that would be affected by shortages. Tbf I haven’t paid much attention to what brand I receive, Hope you get sorted ok, All the best.

Thx answer..I got a different brand which caused bad side effects. Sounds like actual shortage is not an issue .....

Hi, I am on injections but for the last two prescriptions of my metoject, my hubby had to scour the chemists to try and find some, luckily I get them every three months x
