In my personal experience, the recent hot weather may have been instrumental in bringing about a couple of redenned areas in an area where perspiration cannot easily get away under the bust line I am not sure about trying daktacort topically. Has anyone found anything similar. ?

I think I would use Savlon or similar.

Is it wet and weeping? I developed fungal infections there with PMR, long before pred, and needed something anti-fungal to clear it properly. It would also bget a bacterial infection if it wasn't dealt with - that needed a triple cream with steroid, antifungal and antibacterial components.
I used a suitable bit of cloth to absorb the sweat.
Hi Nominem. I have this sometimes as I live in a warm climate. I get a cream from the pharmacist and it clears up in a few days. Hope this is helpful.
Wife has used Sudocreme every day for years, totally solved. Saw it being used in TV for those creases. Use a brush, horrible in fingernails!
