Hi
And welcome
Took my GCA 18 months to be diagnosed - and PMRpro’s PMR 5 years.
Has the blurriness started since Pred?
Could be that, or your diabetes, or GCA, so just monitor it, and if worried get your eyes checked
There is loads of info on here in FAQs - maybe start with this -

The vast majority of posts on here are raised when people have issues, but that doesn’t mean you will have the same, but it’s good to be aware.
Thank you so much 🥰
When you feel up to it, can you put a bit of info on profile if only just to copy and past what you have written in post for now...helps us and saves you having to repeat yourself..
If you're not sure what to include have a look at others, mine is a bit long, don't think you have to do same, but relevant info is useful.
It's a good idea to make an appointment to have your eyes checked in a few weeks anyway. I had a check-up a year earlier than normally scheduled, but six months after I started pred, perhaps should have gone a couple of months earlier, because I wanted to be sure there were no signs of GCA. My ophthalmologist discovered that my ocular pressure was elevated. This came down as my pred dose did, and there have been no apparent permanent changes, but pred-induced glaucoma is a relatively rare side effect. I can't remember blurriness but I do remember that I seemed to have much worse night vision during early days on pred.

It could be the PMR, it could be the pred, it could be dry eyes, especially since you say it is worse when watching a screen. I notice it after a while on the computer - having started it with really sharp vision. What i have found all through since pred is that I need to move my specs around a bit, up and down my nose! A lot cheaper than buying new glasses ...
You should have regular eye tests if you take steroids. Along with regular blood tests and a Dexascan to check your bone density. Steroids can cause eye problems, so if you can get checked with an optician to put your mind at rest.
When you go to the opticians tell them you are on pred. Pred & Sunshine can cause existing cataracts to grow or new ones to start. So if you wear specs then the lens should be changed to re-actolite rapide, If you do not wear glasses then a very good pair of sunglasses.
I assume your GP told you what to watch for in case of GCA, if not follow this link:
academic.oup.com/rheumatolo...
and read up on them.
If your vision continues to be 'blurry' or vision loss occurs even just for a second, then call GP or out of hours off to A&E. GCA is not to be messed with ans is classed as a medical emergency.
Yes be very concerned any head hake with it ,if head hake and blurry vision I would not hesitate ring 101 yore eyes are your jewels ,don’t get any more 🥺
