You sound very low today. Why do you think you may need to take more pred? We would need more details in order to be able to reply properly.

I wonder if you should see if you can get an urgent GP appointment (on the phone if necessary) as I wonder if there are things going on that we may not know about?

Well in previous post you said you reduced to 11mg on 2nd Nov, then in reply to another you say you are going to take advice and go up to 13 or 14, or have I misread that?

If your symptoms have recently (2-3 days stated in another post) then it sounds very much like a flare….that about the time it takes.

The post gives advice on dealing with a flare, and gives an example, but you need to calculate what dose you need to go up to depending on the last dose you felt okay - not sure you know the answer to that -

Personally I think you need to speak to either your GP, or Rheumy if you have one, and get things sorted…….you are having too many different issues.

No I reduced from 14 to 13 on 13 for 8 days now.

Still sounds like flare….so advice remains same.
