Scared don’t know what’s wrong with me.

So I have been having a full ache on my lower abdomen. I haven’t been able to pass gas or a stool. So I took a laxative. To hopefully alleviate it and it didn’t work. It did make me pass a stool but the pin lingered which worried me it was something more serious. Back story: I had gone to the ER on March 24th because I fell when I was blackout drunk. My wbc was 6.8 and my palletes were 316 so fairly in normal range. I come back April 1st with what I felt was appendicitis. They ran the CBC panel and my wbc was doubled it was 12.7 and my palletes were 441. They were slightly elevated but still considered normal and it didn’t concern the ER that it had doubled in a week. My ct scan with contrast came back normal. I’m just afraid that what I’m feeling is something more sinister because the results were double they were last week. I’ve been hyperventilating and freaking out and just so desperately want to be able to pass a stool again, without straining as I haven’t been constipated like this ever. I’m scared I have leukemia as I been so tired, I can barely stay awake, but then I have constant anxiety because I don’t know what’s wrong . If anyone has gone through this please let me know

I don't think you are really in the right place here - we all have a rheumatic condition. They obviously didn't find anything concerning on the CT which would have shown up most sinister things. I don;t think the ER is the place for investigation though - your primary care doctor is the place to start.
